We live on the East Coast and the humidity and water from hurricanes like Hurricane Irene, that just came through seemed to soak the insulation and plywood with water. Will spray foam stop this water? It seems like the insulation in the walls is non-existent, possible because the insulation in the walls got wet and is not working any more? What do you recommend?
